Revolutionizing Tourism Education: A Dynamic Framework for Continuous VET with Ethical AI Integration

The project’s goal is to develop an innovative training framework for tourism VETs (more towards Continuous VET) to equip trainees with skills and competences focusing on the implications of the use of AI from an ethical perspective. Its scope is not only to support innovation in the European VET system but also to endorse the digital and ethical data-driven alterations of the sector qualifying its workforce to meet industry/EC demands.

Target Groups

DIRECT TARGET GROUPS

VET EDUCATORS AND TRAINERS IN TOURISM SECTOR: Educators and Trainers will be able to interact with AI systems having strong ethical background and exploiting their full potential.

DIRECT TARGET GROUPS

VET STUDENTS in Tourism and Hospitality, having operations & management curricula in their study programs and are considered the principal target group of the project as they constitute the direct beneficiaries of the developed courses.

INDIRECT TARGET GROUPS

TOURISM, HOSPITALITY SECTOR REPRESENTATIVES
